Genmaicha Yamasaki

LIght, golden yellow liquor with a unique, toasty rice flavour tending sweet.

Sencha type tea, with roasted and popped rice giving it a nutty flavor. A tea you would be served in a Chinese restaurant. 

Use 1 full teaspoon, 250ml/8oz cup, 80C/170F, steep 1-2min.
