Jamaican Rum Black Tea

On the high seas, sailors fought for their daily grog. This is your great start for a              "Hot Toddy".

Black tea(Orange Pekoe), Pineapple pieces, Calendula, Sufflower & Sunflower petals, natural flavours.

 Caffeine level: Medium                                                                                             Antioxidant level: High

Use 1 full teaspoon, 250ml/ 8oz cup, 100C/ 212F, steep 3-7 min. Add milk and sugar to taste if needed.
