Chinese green tea rolled in pellets to resemble gunpowder. Good everyday green tea, very popular in China. Typical of the tea served in Chinese restaurants, with vegetable and slightly smokey taste.

Use 1 full teaspoon, 230ml/8oz cup, 85C/185F steep 1-2 min.
