Black tea (Assam), Ginger, Cinnamon, black and white Pepper, Cardamom, Cloves, Nutmeg, Calendula petals, natural flavors.

Use 1 full teaspoon, 250ml/8oz cup, 100C /212F, brew 3-7 min, add milk and sugar if needed.
